Exchange Conditions

You can request an exchange if:

  • Wrong product received

  • Size mismatch

  • Damaged or defective item

Exchange Request Time

You must request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Exchange Rules

  • Product must be unused and unwashed

  • Tags and packaging must remain intact

  • No perfume smell, stains, or damage caused by customer

  • Must provide unboxing video for damage claims

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Discounted / clearance items

  • Used products

  • Items damaged after use

Return Policy

We generally offer exchange only.
Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The product is out of stock

  • We cannot provide replacement

Refunds are sent via mobile banking/bank transfer within 5–7 working days.
