Exchange Conditions
You can request an exchange if:
Wrong product received
Size mismatch
Damaged or defective item
Exchange Request Time
You must request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Exchange Rules
Product must be unused and unwashed
Tags and packaging must remain intact
No perfume smell, stains, or damage caused by customer
Must provide unboxing video for damage claims
Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for:
Discounted / clearance items
Used products
Items damaged after use
Return Policy
We generally offer exchange only.
Refunds are only applicable if:
The product is out of stock
We cannot provide replacement
Refunds are sent via mobile banking/bank transfer within 5–7 working days.
